We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager who can balance strategic and creative thinking with exceptional planning skills. You will have the chance to shape our content strategy, drive content marketing operations forward across paid, owned and earned digital media and lead a team of content creators.
As a Senior Digital Content Marketing Manager you will be at the very core of our marketing team. You are the driving force behind all our content marketing activities, ensuring that our messaging is relevant, meaningful and distinctive across the entire customer journey.
You will oversee all content creation efforts and guide a team of talented creatives made up of a copywriter, a graphic designer, an architectural designer, video producer and 3D visualization artists.
What will you be doing:
Connect the dots between our commercial strategy, performance goals, customer insights, product and content marketing
Define and refine our content strategy across the entire customer journey
Translate the content strategy into an actionable plan and ensure its delivery
Coordinate and scale-up our content curation and creation efforts both internally and externally, by working with agencies and contributors
Own the content calendar across paid, owned and earned media and make sure our messaging is fit for each channel
Oversee the content production process across several formats, copy, editorial, visual media (3D visualizations, video) and ensure that content is delivered on time
Identify opportunities to grow new channels and creative formats based on current market trends
Measure our content performance and optimize accordingly
Guide and mentor the content team. Champion effective collaboration and constantly look for ways to improve our content marketing processes
What you’ll need:
Minimum a BA level education, preferably a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications & Media or similar
Strategic and creative thinker
Sharp eye for quality and detail, both for copy, as well as visual media
Exceptional planning and execution skills
Minimum 8 years of experience in a content marketing role
Minimum 3 year of experience managing a content team and/or creative talent
Proven record of driving content marketing activities that accelerate growth
Great understanding of the role that content can play at different stages of the customer journey
Deep understanding of the role that different channels can play to drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, conversion and retention
Experience working with a wide variety of content creators and contributors
Experience in agency environment, SaaS, architecture or design industries is a big plus
